1. The Consultant Option: Children's Corner Nursery School would act as consultants, under a contract for an agreed upon rate. In this role we would confer, act as project managers in regard to the build out of the facility, and manage its operating activities.

2. The Management Option: Children's Corner Nursery School would consult and manage the daily operations of the facility under a contract for an agreed upon amount. This contract would be renewable every six months.

3. The Merger Option: Children's Corner Nursery School, along with other companies, would merge with your company to complete a new facility and fulfill the enrollment capacity. In addition, the merger would operate the facility with profits allocated in predetermined amounts.

4. The Joint Venture Option: Children's Corner Nursery School would enter into a joint venture as a limited partnership. This option would be used an an alternative to selling the facility.

5. Parents as Partners Option: Using a mix from the Consultant and Management Options, parents would invest in the new facility. This option creates new avenues for obtaining capital, while allowing parents to remain as an integral part of the new facility.

• This is a program for qualified Early Childhood Educators and the business person to become part of a dynamic national program that provides child care for children six weeks through kindergarten age.
• This program is for the individual who does not feel that such a venture can be carried out by themselves. A staff of specialists in each field pertaining to all the phases of development and operation come together to plan the facility and its programs.
• An investment of this type would include:
  • An exclusive area with exclusive rights to the corporate name. This would also allow for opportunities of additional facilities.
  • Grand opening with $25,000.00 of local promotion and advertising materials.
  • Assistance in site selection and negotiating a suitable lease or purchase of the site.
  • Building plans, specifications, signage, equipment and furniture, and playground equipment.
  • Training programs, monthly newsletters and menus.
  • Software
  • Continued support for operational matters.

With this option it is important to emphasize that early childhood education and experience is necessary.
